Call overlay problem #59

When i want to dial *100# (balance check here in russia) i see message to call 
from csipsimple or from from GSM, csipsimple cuts # sign if i choose GSM.

Are you using the 0.00-11 from the market or a custom build that I provided in 
one of the issues of the bug tracker?

Ok, so I think that it is already fixed in my development branch. 
I completely changed the way phone number are transmitted to GSM/SIP. 
Previously I use # as separator to choose where to route the call but it was a 
really bad idea :).

I'll keep you informed when a new build is available to validate that my 
changes well fix this issue.

Also, i believe that if you have only one sip account, it should not ask from 
which you want to call :)

I tested and it is fixed. The last comment makes this become part of Issue #57.
