Ability to put call on HOLD #74

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make a call with csipsimple
2. There is no option to put someone on HOLD

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v11 Android 2.1 Droid Eris - Asterisk 1.4

To solve this issue I also have to enable multiple call management.
