Update api for multiple builds #20

Right now we can only handle a single build at a time; fix this in the build api library.

[ ] Handle multiple modpacks

I'm not sure how to handle multiple modpacks yet. The logic for writing files is easy enough, but currently lazuli is designed to be run in the root of a modpack with a single config file. This will require more thought.

Possible options:

Allow the user to specify an api deploy folder (easiest)
Rename the lazuli mod file to the name of the mod - this would require either searching the directory or forcing the user to specify the mod name. Also gets complicated for building.
