What steps will reproduce the problem?
I'have installed the extension, copied the phpconsole.php, tested the 
example.php. But the extension does not recognize the site with PhpConsole 
class. Why? :(

chrome 23.0.1271.64 m, PhpConsole 1.1, PHP Console extension 2.1.8

the probkem should be in the server side configuration, because it works on an 
other server. but what configuration should I change?

May be it's a problem of cookies limit configuration of your web-server. Try to 
change this two constants http://i.imgur.com/7DzDA.png
