Notification popups doesn't work in latest version of Chrome browser (Version 
28.0.1500.95)

I have same version of Chrome on Windows 7 x64, and everything works

Can you please check if you have latest 2.1.10 version of PHP Console extension 
installed? See chrome://extensions/?id=nfhmhhlpfleoednkpnnnkolmclajemef must

I am using the same plugin version 2.1.10 (installed it 2 days ago). I am using 
Chrome on Mac mountain lion.

Lot of folks are complaining about this issue in the reviews of this plugin. 
Please check with them as well.

It was about 2.1.9 version, when Google updated Notifications API. I have fixed 
it in 2.1.10, and since that moment nobody reported me about any problems with 
notifications.

Okay, let's take a look at your case :)
Can you please check if there are any JavaScript error in PHP Console 
extension? You will need to open 
chrome://extensions/?id=nfhmhhlpfleoednkpnnnkolmclajemef and then click on 
"background.html, and then click on Console tab. See http://i.imm.io/1f7KF.png

If there are any errors, please, add it this issue.

Thanks to you I decided to add errors reporting in new PHP Console version. 
There will be very big release in few weeks, see
