Akamai app is awful #63

I'm just here to register my disappointment and frustration with the Akamai app intended to replace Krypton. Aside from no longer providing SSH authentication, which was mostly what made Krypton unique and valuable, it is unbearably slow and spotty — which is ironic considering your app is now backed by one of the world's largest and most powerful networks. Sometimes I have to repeat my efforts to login four or five times before the acceptance from my phone will go through. I would really like to hear what @kryptco's plans are for turning this into a community project because I'm already removing Akamai U2F from everywhere I installed it.

From the blog, March 2021: The Future of Krypton Is Here and It's Called Akamai MFA

Is there a new open-source repository?

We will create a new GitHub space and this will become the home base of our new Akamai MFA browser extension and app codebases that we will be opening in the coming months. Please stay tuned!

but I have yet to see it.
