Pair per system per user #312

This is an incredibly minor/nice to have feature request that is specific to my workflow and so I'd wager the absolute lowest priority.

It would be nice if KR sessions were paired not just at the machine level, but at the machine + user level.

I have multiple accounts on my Macbook for different clients so I'm not mixing my peas and carrots together. This works very well for me, though currently I have to repair my session whenever I switch users and it would be nice if I did not have to do that.

However, you've made repairing so easy and straight forward that this is the absolute most minor of annoyances.

I learned in #87 that you can rename the host in the App and thus allow pairings multiple times with the same host once the name has been changed in the App. This resolves this issue for me and I am super happy this functionality exists.
