u2fAccounts for meResponse #102

I noticed this when adding u2f extension to Firefox. My Android phone doesn't report u2fAccounts so the extension has no idea which accounts I had already enrolled.

The iOS application does send this response: https://github.com/kryptco/krypton-ios/blob/a3e84ef0766adde144726ab925b3ab80295b4eb0/Krypton/Silo.swift#L393

thanks for reporting! this has now been added to android
