Android Bluetooth Reports #103

Please comment if pairing over Bluetooth is working with your Android device or not.

My proposed test steps:

  1. Turn off cellular data
  2. Turn off wifi
  3. Turn on Bluetooth
  4. Transfer a file from computer to phone using Bluetooth
  5. Run kr pair on your computer
  6. Scan the QR code on your Android device
  7. Watch for pairing failure / success

Android 8.1.0 Aug 2018 Nexus 5X Krypton Core 2.5.1 Windows 10 Version 1803 (OS Build 17134.228)

Won't pair over Bluetooth. Won't present U2F notification over Bluetooth.
