Unable to upload the app in Zendesk #5

Hi I hope you're doing well.

Sorry but i have an issue that say : unable to upload the app Donwload error unable to manifest.json I have modify the manifest.json with my jamf url and my jamf domain

Hello! You should be able to upload the zip file as is, and only in Zendesk -> App -> Manage -> Settings should you add those variables. You will see fields awaiting domain, url and token!

Sorry but it's not working please find below the error message I obtain I am just uploading your zip file to our Zendesk

_Download error Can not find manifest.json at the root of the .zip file, but jamfzendesk / manifest.json was found. Try to recreate the archive from this directory.

Hello. I apologize that you're still having issues. I set up a new zendesk instance and attempted to upload the .zip file. I was able to set everything up successfully. Please ensure you're uploading app-20180412161119.zip instead of the "Source code.zip." There should be no folder in the zip called "jamf_zendesk." Hope this helps!
