Hi! At first, thank you for contributing to this project. I haven't looked into it for a while, so I need some extra time to remember how to properly deploy it.

Hi, is there a chance you deploy the suggested commit to allow using multiple fields in the URL? It would greatly help my issue, since Microsoft is turning on the New Boards Hub in Azure DevOps Services for all organizations - we used some other ways to construct URL links in our workitems, but it does not work in the New Boards Hub and Microsoft refuses to fix it :-( Thank you very much.
