failed for /dev/ttyUSB0: Input/output error #175

After installing the Chan_dongle in ulastix (rasperry) I receive this error: 
 WARNING[1919]: chan_dongle.c:235 opentty: tcgetattr() failed for /dev/ttyUSB0: Input/output error

I'm  using ulastix (asterisk for raspberry pi), and Asterisk 11.10.0 built by 
palosanto  on a armv7l running Linux;

Linux  3.5.6-1.elastixarm.fc18.armv5tel.raspberrypi armv6l armv6l armv6l 
GNU/Linux

Anyone can help to resolve this issue?

its yours os/processes problems

use strace,lsof tools for debugging
