one-way audio with E1550 #68

Test Environment:

debian wheezy kernel 3.1.0-1-486
E1550 firmware 11.609.18.00.00
asterisk version 1.8.9.0

The Audio is only in one way GSM->VOIP.

I used the instruction described here:
"

The audio works in both direction after loading the kernel module
"huawei_voice.ko" as described in the link above BUT i get another problem.
When restarting the dongle or unplug and plug it again then the kernel detect
only one of the three ttyUSB port(only audio_tty) see syslog messages at the
end.

I know this might not be chan_dongle bug but i hope there is someone who maybe
had this issue and can help me solve it.

Another thing to mention is that E1550 was voice disabled and I activating it
following this howto: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/archive/t-1180897.html
