Change Compile Options to use Parasite Power on temp Sensros by Default #26

Several users have had issues with temp sensors that do not work correctly 
unless parasite power is enabled on the OneWire bus. I recommend changing the 
default to use parasite power and those who want to squeeze the most 
performance out of their systems can test with parasite power disabled to see 
if it works with their sensors.
