Need better documentation and experience for setting up volume calibrations #43

I (and many others) have been helping a user debug some volume sensor issues. 
In the end it turned out the user was entering the relative volume for each 
calibration point instead of the absolute volume. 

We should: 
Update the user manual to include some information about doing calibrations. 
Right now the section is basically blank.
Update the UI to specify that the user should enter the current TOTAL volume.
Maybe not allow multiple calibration points to be entered with the same volume. 
In this case the user was entering 1, 1, 1, etc.
