At least 12 source files contain license terms that place restrictions on redistribution. "...You may modify this code solely for your own purpose. Please feel free to contact the author if you think your changes might be useful for other users. You may distribute only the original package.**"

In my case at least, I cannot work with this. I'd suggest few people would be able to work with code that may suddenly have patched incorporated that has not been tested on their platform of interest and the above license prevents us from distributing a modified version we know is safe.

I think its very sad a really great package like KControls is about to have its potential use greatly restricted.

This must be resolved. There is no such purpose. Either we have to use some standard license (LGPL, MIT) or modify this text. Only we want to avoid that there useful changes of KControls outside of this main repo. What do you propose?

Fixed #8. No such restrictions anymore. Removed tkweb.eu or tk@tkweb.eu from all source files.
