Publish on Terraform Registry #19

Publish the Katapult provider on the Terraform Registry. Detailed instructions and documentation is available here.

I think the very first version should probably be a pre-release version, e.g. v0.0.1-alpha.0. As detailed here pre-releases are supported, but need to be explicitly specified as the desired provider version. If no version is specified, Terraform will only pick the latest stable version available for a provider.
