vcall to Xoom tablet - Not able to see the video #345

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Build the libjingle call_client application
2. vcall to a user on a xoom tablet

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected : audio and video should go fine
Output seen : Audio quality is garbled, video is never seen at all

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Sender is from call client app on linux and the peer is on Android (Xoom tablet)

Please provide any additional information below.
With respect to audio, iSAC codec is getting selected and video codec is H.264.
