Update to Kotlin 1.6.0 #48

The last commit here can be inspected. Others are merge from the upstream.

Had to disable plot generation: now OOM happens for me everytime, probably because the added history is huge

Also added a new local property. Please beware that it's currently required

Looks like GH can't merge this PR automatically so I'm going to fast-forward the master branch locally and push it
