Add tool: Streamlab #31

Here's a suggestion to include a stream test tool I have coded, and am also frequently using in my day-to-day work with streams. I believe it should be useful also for readers of this list.

@krzemienski Thanks for merging my addition, however I can't find it in the commit log. Did your other PR (#32) merge at the same time block or overwrite this PR?

@torerikal I believe your commit had a conflict with the other commit so i resolved the conflict manually and it probably got rolled up into that commit.

Actually it seems it not there so something must have happened with my merge....git....do you mind opening again from the current master? @torerikal
