What is Heroku ? #66

Hi,

Thanks for this integration. I'm wondering what is the purpose of Heroku ? I don't really understand what it is, and why there is, for example, a cache directory and the app_heroku.php file.

You can make automatic deploy on heroku servers https://www.heroku.com/
