Constants from building3d.sim.rays.config should be added to arguments of Simulation()

The following constants should be added to the arguments of the simulation class:

• ABSORB - this should actually be a dict with values for each polygon
• SINK_RADIUS
• T_STEP
• GRID_STEP
• BUFF_SIZE
