New German translations and fixes as in the E-Mail. #5

Hi,

here are the translations of the new strings and the fixes I already sent in my E-Mail. I seem to have made a lot of commits as I was merging your changes in my fork. Please just ignore them.

Hi, due to the mess in these commits and some leftover unnecessary files, I just downloaded you repo and cherry-picked the last few ones (translations, shades and spinner fix). I'll include it in the next build (today or tomorrow evening) alongside with some proguard fixes.

Well, the spinner can't be left forever with this 'fix' because it does not work on my device (selector switch state is reset every time I refresh the list). I'll have to figure out something that works for both of us.
