ie. remove unnecessary lines, spaces, parenthesis add space for MARK etc...

And also:

Rename Parser.swift to Natalie.swift
Extract code from Storyboard.swift to specific extension: to let XMLObject contains only XML code
Extract code from main to Natalie.swift: keep main thin
Edit macOS storyboard to add identities to view controllers
