Two changes:

I made Natalie support multiple inputs (folders or files)
I made Natalie generate an initialization function for identifier view controllers which don't have a custom class

Please, can you switch to Swift2 branch. Currently new features goes to Swift2 branch and will be merged with release of Swift 2
