Does this library violate the license?

Hi, thank you for sharing this great project with everyone :) I have a question about the license.

OpenSSL license has the following statement.

 5. Products derived from this software may not be called "OpenSSL"
nor may "OpenSSL" appear in their names without prior written
permission of the OpenSSL Project.

But this library is called "OpenSSL". I suspect that it violates the license. Is that OK?

This is OpenSSL. Derived library is eg. boringssl. this is not such project.
