CocoaPods Dynamic Framework support

Hi,

So here is support for dynamic frameworks with CocoaPods. Because there are quite a lot of changes here is list of them:

• We have workspace with projects for iOS and macOS. Those are used to build framework.
• include and lib folders are now moved inside OpenSSL-iOS and OpenSSL-macOS
• We don't need build frameworks script
• Podspec is updated with Static and Dynamic subscpecs
• We have example projects to show integration
• build.sh is changed to reflect new folder structure

Podspec currently points to my repo, so I could test integration, but if and when you decide to merge this, it is easy change.

There's a quite of change I don't really follow. Willing split it in smaller parts, so we can discuss about it ?
