fix documentation issue / build warning #79

The documentation in ecdsa.h causes an build warning in XCode for the methods:

The documentation is beyond the methods and not above. This has already been addressed in https://github.com/krzyzanowskim/OpenSSL/pull/41 but got broken again.

I'Ve fixed this issue for all versions of the file.

those files are from openssl source. we'd need to patch sources after unzip, otherwise it will back

Thanks in that case ist is not worth to fix ist here :)
