Can you explain more on these: env - the current environment from the config version - the current build version

create a config with env that is read by the app version should equate to the build identifier

I made a initial commit It was a long time I worked on swagger generation , tried to generate code from swagger doc yml but couldn't get successes. Most of my time went there, so couldn't get a time to write integration tests Hope you understand
