getting an Resource creation Initiated #140

if you look at the img its showing that its done but i go no email and its saying events

CREATE_IN_PROGRESS

with an Resource creation Initiated

is that normal? and i got no email still

its working now but i need to do /index.html for both links. how do i fix that so you do not need to do /index.html

What "do /index.html" and "both links" means exactly?
