Template error when creating with Launch Stack button on getting started

When following the Getting started I get this error after the Launch Stack.

Template validation error: Template format error: Unrecognized resource types: [AWS::Cognito::UserPool, AWS::Cognito::UserPoolClient]

I guess it's the region problem. Your region may not support the Cognito services. Here is the list of supported region: https://lambstatus.github.io/supported-aws-regions
