Add the Paris region (eu-west-3) #154

Hi,

The possibility to install on the new Paris (France) eu-west-3 region would be a must.

Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately eu-west-3 region doesn't support Amazon Cognito yet and LambStatus doesn't work without that service. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/general/latest/gr/rande.html#cognito_identity_region
