Quiz Taker for Logged-In Users

User Story:

As a logged-in user, I want to be take quizzes, so that I can solidify my understanding of a topic and learn where I can improve.

A/C:

Given the user is viewing a list of quizzes; When they click on a quiz's "Take" button; Then they are taken to a page to answer the quiz's questions.
~~Given a user is taking a quiz; When they are viewing a question; Then they should see "like" or "dislike" buttons.~~
Given a user has finished their quiz; When they click on a quiz's "finished" button; Then they are taken to a page to view their results.

It is agreed to remove acceptance criteria for the Like and Dislike buttons at this time.
