Free Items when using "use-percent-velocity: true"

In my Itemsconfig I've set the velocity of every Item to 0.01 and enabled the mentioned option in the config. When I now try to buy or sell any Item it always goes for 0.0$. This Bug can easily be reprooduced ono my Server running Bukkit 1.2.5 RB
