Do you mean to release v0.12.0 with the current improvements, i.e., including even coverage but excluding parameter changes? If so, yes I think we can make a release based on the the current improvements as described here

Yes, exactly. We would postpone the parameter optimization to a subsequent release. I’ll go ahead then (later, working on something else now).
