missing psscan module #120

hi, great project! updated 1.4rc1 today (r1012); malware.py (r74) from cookbook 
imports psscan from psscan.py still vs. the r1001 change.

*** Failed to import volatility.plugins.malware (ImportError: No module named 
psscan)
