random plugin(s) for scanning process memory with clamav

I'm going to close this because I don't think we'll commit this any time soon 
and I don't personally want to maintain these plugins. My goal of preventing 
them from being lost forever has been accomplished, so we can point users to 
this issue if they are interested in the future.
