psdispscan is outdated #274

While working on the command reference for 2.1 I noticed psdispscan in the 
contrib directory currently only supports x86 XP. Do we plan to update this 
plugin to support other x86 profiles and possibly also x64?

I guess psdispscan will just remain proof of concept for the DISPATCHER_HEADER 
scanning technique unless anyone feels the need to upgrade this plugin for all 
other OS's.
