HTC One M8-Cannot make Dashclock the default lockscreen #761

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Able to add Dashclock as a lockscreen page but not make it the default.
2. Can not remove the HTC Default lockscreen
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Moving the Dashclock lockscreen to the right is supposed to make it the default 
but it does not. 
Can not touch and hold HTC default lockscreen to make it removable.

What version of the product are you using?
1.6

Which device and Android version are you experiencing this issue on?
HTC One M8 with KitKat 4.4

Are you using a custom launcher or ROM? If so, which one? Note that custom
launchers and ROMs are not supported.
