Remove inconsistencies in CSV export format #9

I discovered Utgar's Chronicles earlier this year and have been really enjoying it - thanks for creating this! I just tried out the CSV export tool and noticed a couple of things that bugged me - this change makes the placement of brackets and light/dark tags consistent between Periods, Events, and Scenes in the CSV export format.

I added this in a separate commit and added you as a co-author (see commit 71c78a09e99801a6217815680dd62060d3db7212). There a few other things to change as well (like adjusting the tests) so it was easier this way. Thanks for the contribution and sorry again for the really long delay!
