Simplify assign meta data and create object script

Combined 01_ and 02_createObjectwithmetadata

-Remove pseudogenes & model genes

And add to a folder by itself

Steps this script should have:

1. change the load area to here (counts, scalls, and sreads for each cartridge)
2. reordering to get barcodes (rows in all files) into the same order
3. bind the scalls and sreads to the cartridge as metadata
4. assign experimental metadata (help)
5. make combined object
6. filter out the genes we discussed
