What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Export Email from Outlook 2011 as mbox files
2. Upload using tool

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected message body to remain english

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
10.7.4

Please provide any additional information below.
Messages are in English but body of messages becoems Korean/Chinese when 
uploaded
