[ ] Show a sample of listings on the front page
- [ ] Add a better home page banner, with a background image
- [x] Search bar in the header
  - adding search bar to header and to MyListings as well as with Listings
- [ ] Better organization

i believe i addressed this over a couple of prs yesterday - let's open a new pr off master for the other bullet points
