Create review class in models.py

Spent most of the time figuring out how to implement images & the rating system. Image implementation was successful- trying to implement a star rating directly from the form was not. For now, you can choose a rating of 1-5/5 and it will show up as stars on the pages. Unsure if I can get the stars working in the form or not.
