Inconsolata only inclued's Inconsolata-Bold srf files #253

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Go to ofl/inconsolata/src
2. list the files in the directory
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see source files for both Inconsolata Regular and Inconsolata Bold, 
instead I see only source files for Inconsolata Bold.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
Specifically I care about Inconsolata-Regular.otf, as I try to use otf fonts 
instead of the ttf ones

The opentype file provided by inconsolata author is Inconsolata Regular

Inconsolata's actual sources are 'plate' files for Raph's ppedit, and are 
unlikely to ever get published.... However, I'll ask him :) 

The OTF is probably the closest to source that has been published, so I've 
added it to the repo :)
