Differentiate E and H trials more #22

Through the initial piloting, we've noticed that the "E" and the "H" at the beginning of each trial are not really noticeable. So,

1) I'd like to try changing the "difficultly text" parameter so that "Easy" and "Hard" are actually written out. 2) we'd like to make "Easy" appear in green font, and "hard" appear in yellow font. 3) we'd like to have a tone play at the beginning of each trial - high tone for easy, low tone for hard. This can just be a very quick computer generated tone (or I can make .wav file if that's easier) that would play for a few ms at before the onset of the noise.

If it's possible to make it so that these things, along with the volume of the tone, are able to be manipulated in the parameters file, that would be great!
