Scout bot only detects 1 modified apps in PRs with multiple modified apps #125

Example:

In this PR 3 apps are merged https://github.com/kscout/serverless-apps/pull/34
If there is an error scout bot will show errors for every app.
If everything is okay scout bot will only show an okay message for 1 app.
