Removed unnecessary code and improved interpretation of different inverters and ECU configurations (skip removed inverter(s) for example).

I see http is an option. Does it mean that if I choose http I get the same functionality as tv3's fork, with all his improvements over ksheumaker?

It was Kyle's work in progress but from what I understand is Kyle very busy, I left it in place for possible future use.
