difficult to open port

Which version of QextSerialPort are you using?
    QextSerialPort-1.2rc on win7 32bit. Compile with Qt5.02 MinGW and Qt4.7 MinGW, problem is the same

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When the "FT245BL USB to serial converter cable" plugged in before I open 
port, it's difficult to open it. I always must try more than 10 seconds and 
open more than 20 times to open it. so, before use, I must wait 10 seconds 
more! Oooooo. Although the port can open finally.
2. But if the cable is not plugged in when I open it, or I plug out the cable 
when I open it, then plug in, the port open Immediately. why?
3. I tried its sample "uartassistant", it is difficult to open port also, I 
always try lots of times to push the button to open it.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    no output message, can not debug. I must try to open it in a loop.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
    Qt5.02 MinGW32 and Qt4.7 MinGW32, Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
    I use QextSerialPort source code in my project, not pre-comple dll

I reinstall WIN7 system, it works well.
Maybe I installed wrong USB driver cause this (Android device USB driver, but 
the driver not work)
