Add Examples with Jupyter notebook Code snapshot for Use cases

Plan is to create a Dir called examples and provide sample notebook , perhaps some with collab link to give instructions on use cases

Hi @erwinschrodinger1 Thank you for your interest ! This is issue is related with code / command examples in order to run osmsg . Aim is to provide detailed different usecases example( for eg how to run hashtag statistics ) to users/developers so that they can look into example and run the tool ! Example can be on jupyter notebook , or may be on Readme , as long as it fulfills the purpose i am okay with any
